A place steeped in history
Castel de Très Girard is a place of authenticity imbued with its terroir . Today it is a residence with character , previously, however, the hotel restaurant was once a winepress dating back to the XVII century - a building where grapes were stored, then pressed to extract the juice and produce the wine.
It was once a cooperative cellar, and then a private vineyard, the property was finally transformed into an inn in the 1970s. In the 2000s, the beautiful Burgundian bourgeois residence regained a certain sparkle, combining a cosy charm with modern comfort .
Contemporary decor and premium service
Starting at the reception desk, glassed-in shelves holding wine bottles set the tone, as does the warm and welcoming lounge-bar with its imposing old style fireplace. Contemporary design and respect for traditions form a friendly sophisticated atmosphere.
Castel de Très Girard offers you a variety of on-site activities including a freely accessible outdoor swimming pool , recently renovated, and a bocce ball area. After making a reservation, you can enjoy relaxing massages , facial and body care as well as bike rentals to visit the surrounding area. Overlooking the Côte de Nuits vineyards, the Morey-Saint-Denis village lists many Grands and Premiers Crus from Burgundy.
