At lunchtime, our Chef offers a gourmet and refined cuisine through a menu and à la carte selection that highlight fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced products, partly grown in our own kitchen garden. Honest and flavorful dishes inspired by the Burgundy terroir, designed to combine pleasure and elegance.
In the evening, conviviality and sharing take center stage. Our cuisine becomes a more relaxed and generous experience, built around dishes made to be shared and enjoyed together. An invitation to discover our expertise in a different way, in a warm and laid-back atmosphere, where every dish becomes a moment of togetherness around the table.
The restaurant is open every day from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm and from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Our rooms
Le Castel de Très Girard, a charming little hotel in Burgundy, has eight rooms with modern decor. Its stone walls and exposed beams combine authenticity with modern comfort.
A place steeped in history between Dijon and Beaune
At Castel de Très Girard, you’ll experience the authenticity of a place steeped in its terroir.
Now a residence of character, the hotel was once a wine press dating from the 17th century, a building where grapes were stored and pressed to extract the juice and produce wine.
A special focus on wine
Wine lovers will be able to choose from over 1,500 references selected from the finest winegrowers in the region and beyond. There are also tastings by the glass at reasonable prices.
Two sommeliers are on hand at the Castel de Très Girard to help you make the right food and wine pairing. The Grands Crus of Morey-Saint-Denis are on the menu (Clos des Lambrays, Clos de la Roche, Clos-Saint-Denis, Bonnes-Mares and Clos de Tart) and sold by the glass. The wine list also includes Philippe Charlopin and Domaine Dujac wines.
