Wine lovers can choose from over 1,000 vintages selected from among the finest wine growers in the region and elsewhere. Tastings by the glass at adjusted prices will satisfy a wide range of desires.
Two master sommeliers are present at Castel de Très Girard, providing you judicious and pleasant wine pairings. The Grands Crus wines of Morey-Saint-Denis can be sold by the glass and are present on the wine list including Clos des Lambrays, Clos de la Roche, Clos-Saint-Denis, Bonnes-Mares and Clos de Tart. On the wine list you will also find those of Philippe Charlopin and the Magnien Family.

The restaurant is open daily from noon to 1:45pm and from 7:15pm to 9:30pm. Sundays a Brunch formula is proposed from 11am to 2pm (From April to October)
